DEI CONTENT & ENGAGEMENT: My organization addressed the rash of hate crimes committed against the AAPI community by joining the Stop Asian Hate movement. I ensured that our statement was followed up by employee engagement and continued conversations.
INTRANET SITE REDESIGN: I redesigned this Sharepoint intranet site for a 1700-associate segment, utilizing associate survey feedback and executive interviews to identify the most needed content. This is just a selection of the pages included on the site, which saw a 500% increase in traffic after relaunch. It spurred an additional project to create a new associate onboarding guide on this site.
INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY: A selection of messaging strategy that elevated ECC Horizon’s image to reflect the quality of its work. This strategy resulted in an increase in contracts with new and existing clients, nationwide. See more.
WEBSITE CONTENT & COPY: I helped this nonprofit, The Healing Road Foundation, with several projects including grant proposals and, a case statement, and ultimately a website redesign. I revitalized its web presence by writing new copy and creating new content that better told the story of the organization. I worked hand in hand with the foundation's president to ensure that the website reflected his vision. The process helped him better understand how to approach fundraising as well as the overall marketing strategy.
